The human experience, as explained in my book "The Science of Magic", consists of two separate elements with different tendencies, often conflicting with each other, continueously vying to influence your choice of action while conscious.
During the rapid eye movement stage/ dream stage, scenarios are created in subconsciousness using everything received by the brain during the conscious stage to determine the best course of action to take should any of the scemarios arrise. It will use the information it gains from these scenarios to create "instinctive behaviors" for self preservation.
During the deep sleep stage sandwiched between the rapid eye movement stages, the subconscious mind recreates it's self-identification.. Without a model it uses its own image, resulting in no change within the psyche. By concentrating on the desired change just prior to falling asleep you can implement the model you wish for the mind to use in the recreating process. It is both simple and effective. The exercises in this site are designed to make use of this knowledge to make a positive desired change in ones psyche by 7 night repitition of focusing on the objective while falling asleep. I will be giving out exercises as I have time, so the website will continue to show changes. These exercises will appear on the "Creating a New You" page, and as they are completed, and will remain on the site for newcomers while other exercises will continue appearing for your particular personal goals. Simply choose the exercise that yoiu feeel most beneficial. The 7 day (night) recreating process is the fasted way for me to learn anything, as well as behavior, ..you're the one who decides what to put in your brain.
