Applying this method will allow you to retrain your instinctive reactions to better fit your spiritual growth, eliminating the need to continuously appologize for falling short of your desired actions.
Because we are both spiritual and physically evolved, we still posess the instincts of self-preservation and preservation-of-species instincts that often cause us to fall short of our own expectatioins.
By following this seven evening reading plan, you will be changing the subconscious instinctive behaviors of the worldy evolved side of being human, so that your instinctive behavior follows youiir spirituality.
Starting with the Book of Luke, read it completely each nightjust prior to going to sleep, and keeping it in your mind as you fall into slumber. The first night introduces your conscious mind to the whole story, The second night instills that deeper into your memory cells and the third night secures the memory of what you,ve read. No need to try to memorize the book. The fourth night introduces this new knowledge into the subconscious, while the fith and sixth read sears it to your subconsciousness and the seventh night ads it to your self identification wherein lies your instictive behaviors. Repeat this process with the rest of the books in the New Testament.
While The Book of Acts of The Apostles may be divide4d into two halves to read, thus taking 2 weeks to complete the exercise, the rest should only take one night. not to worry, your mind will pick up the second night where you leave off the first. This exercise aligns and syncronizes the conscious and subconscious beliefs, leaving you with far less "self-contradictions".
